The below guided visualizations are each designed to work with specific energy centers in the body. Whether you have had a Reiki treatment with Sarah and want to supplement in between sessions or are looking to try out a visualization for the first time, these are very easy to use and only require about 5 minutes of your time. 

Please ensure you are in a distraction-free space and please do not do these visualizations when operating a vehicle or doing anything that requires your full attention. You may do these exercises either sitting or lying down.
