Last weekend I was out on a leisure walk and came across some really simple tips, courtesy of Neil Pasricha, on the podcast Adventures in Happiness by Jessica Ortner. One of the reasons that I love these tips is because they are super simple and will not add any extra stress or time commitment to your already busy schedules.
